Alumni Diamonds

The postsecondary extension of the Luminous Leading Ladies mentoring pathway

Alumni Diamonds extends the Luminous Leading Ladies mentoring pathway beyond high school graduation. This model maintains connection and structured guidance for young ladies as they move into the early stages of adulthood, a period marked by new responsibilities, independence, and decision-making.

Alumni Diamonds is designed to support continuity of relationship and engagement while respecting the changing environments young ladies encounter after high school.

Overview

Alumni Diamonds provides structured mentoring and transition-focused support for young ladies ages 18–20. The model maintains alignment with the broader LLL pathway by offering consistent touchpoints, guided reflection, and appropriate support as participants navigate postsecondary education, career training, or workforce entry.

This stage reflects the same organizational standards present throughout the pathway, including clarity of structure, intentional engagement, and guided support. Experiences are designed to help young ladies consider planning, decision-making, and self-direction as they adjust to new academic, professional, and personal contexts.

Alumni Diamonds extends the LLL pathway while maintaining appropriate boundaries around curriculum, internal systems, and implementation methods.
