Luminous Leading Ladies partners with schools and districts to implement School-Based Diamonds, a mentoring model that supports young ladies across grades 8 through 12. Partnerships are designed to align with campus priorities, school-day realities, and student support systems already in place.
Schools may partner with Luminous Leading Ladies to support young ladies across middle school and high school, beginning as early as 8th grade and extending through 12th grade. Participation is planned in collaboration with each campus to align with goals, scheduling, and student interest.
