LLL programs models are designed to work together as a single mentoring pathway rather than standalone offerings.

Luminous Leading Ladies delivers its mentoring pathway through a set of clearly defined program models designed to support young ladies from 8th grade through age 20. Each model reflects the same developmental philosophy and the Diamond Framework, while allowing flexibility across school and community settings.

Together, these programs provide structured mentoring experiences aligned with key academic and life stages.

What Diamonds Experience Across the Pathway

At Luminous Leading Ladies, our mentees are called Diamonds, reflecting growth, potential, and development over time. While each program model serves a different stage, all Diamonds engage in a shared mentoring experience designed to combine guidance, exposure, and application.

Across the school year, Diamonds may engage in:

  • Ongoing group mentoring sessions anchored in the Diamond Framework
  • Career and postsecondary exposure experiences, including virtual or in-person workshops with professionals
  • Skill-building activities that support communication, planning, financial awareness, and readiness for next steps
  • Structured reflection and applied learning that connects experiences to individual goals
  • An end-of-year Diamond Showcase, where growth, learning, and achievements are recognized

The depth and focus of these experiences evolve based on age, school context, and length of participation, ensuring mentoring remains relevant without replacing school-based academic or college counseling services.

This shared experience is what connects School-Based Diamonds, Alumni Diamonds, and future Community Diamonds into a single, cohesive mentoring pathway.

Our Programs

School-Based Diamonds

School-Based Diamonds is the primary delivery model for the LLL mentoring pathway. Implemented in partnership with schools and districts, the model provides a clear structure for mentoring that complements existing student support efforts.

School-Based Diamonds is designed to:

  • provide consistent developmental mentoring on campus
  • align with school priorities related to readiness and student support
  • offer a clear structure that integrates into the school environment

Alumni Diamonds

Alumni Diamonds extends mentoring support beyond high school, offering continued guidance for young ladies through age 20. This model focuses on maintaining connection, providing structured check-ins, and supporting young ladies as they navigate early adulthood.

Alumni Diamonds reinforces continuity and access to guidance during a stage when support systems often shift.

Community Diamonds (Future Expansion)

Community Diamonds is a planned expansion model designed to bring the LLL mentoring framework into non-school settings. This model will be introduced through a phased approach to ensure alignment with organizational capacity and program quality.

Community Diamonds will reflect the same developmental framework while expanding access beyond school-based environments.

Who We Serve

The LLL pathway supports young ladies across three developmental segments: Junior Diamonds, High School Diamonds, and Alumni Diamonds. Each segment is aligned to a specific stage of development while remaining connected through a unified mentoring framework.

Scholarships and Senior Gifts

Luminous Leading Ladies offers recognition and postsecondary support through annual Senior Gifts and a scholarship process aligned with organizational capacity and available funding. These supports reinforce transition moments and continued connection to the LLL pathway.
